Dr Garthe and team are very caring and were empathetic with my senior cat. She treated her pain and did a comprehensive exam. She covered a lot and explained everything. I love that she offers non-traditional medicine (CTM) as well and we are going to look into that. I did the mobile Vet service which was less stressful for my pet. Highly recommend Dr. Garthe and team and the “on the go” service is great! Thank you to Val the tech for great communication and compassion.

Update 3/19. Maybe under new staffing. Reading and ignoring my communication asking for help regarding a rescue with possible health concerns. Poor customer service...possibly too busy. (end of update) Believe they really care about the health of my dog and have their heart in the right place. Dr. Garthe took her time to make a thorough assessment of my sick lil guy. Vet tech was very nice and Alysha's customer service skills are second to none!
