Wonderful, caring, professional care of my dog, Ginny.
Not much good to say. Overpriced, brought my dog in at 8am to picked up at 4pm, when I called at 4pm to pick her up they told me "I'm sorry we haven't gotten to her yet". No call throughout the day telling me so and to add insult they charged me $680 to hold her and give her a sedative for the never happening surgery. I'd look around for other options unless you have excess funds to burn.
My dog has allergies. They prescribed apoquel, but they will not work with Chewy where I can get a lower price. I have to go into their office to get a written prescription for 16 milligrams. I gave her half a tablet (8 milligrams) once a day. Last year her allergies got worse and after seeing her, they told me to double the dosage from 8 milligrams to 16 milligrams a day. I did. Then they did over $300 of blood tests in September and told me her liver was fine, but her CBC was low. They told me to cut back to 12 milligrams ... read more
I am always so grateful and impressed by our experience at Paradise Point Animal Hospital. The staff always seems to know who we are and are ready with Kahlo's history when I call. Dr. Casey is an absolute gem. She's so dedicated and offers sound advice based on experience. She always makes sure I understand the options and why.
