Thorough, kind, great care. They were running late due to an emergency, but that was explained and I could either wait or reschedule.
I came into the clinic a few weeks ago for ongoing issues and had a very pleasant experience at this vet, especially with the staff - they are always friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A special thank you to Nick as well because he was incredibly empathetic and made us feel comfortable with the situation. He made what could have been a stressful and sad visit much easier to deal with and his genuine concern for both our pet and our family really stood out!
