Update 3/19. Maybe under new staffing. Reading and ignoring my communication asking for help regarding a rescue with possible health concerns. Poor customer service...possibly too busy. (end of update) Believe they really care about the health of my dog and have their heart in the right place. Dr. Garthe took her time to make a thorough assessment of my sick lil guy. Vet tech was very nice and Alysha's customer service skills are second to none!
They are kind and understanding. I struggle w scheduling and never do they complain. They absolutely adore The WoobieCat! He gets so much love and affection, I never worry about how he will be treated if I cannot be in the room. I have known Dr Garthe for 25-30 years+ I went looking for her again, THAT is how much I like and trust her as a vet! She is SO thorough and knowledgeable.
