Excellent facility and phenomenal customer service. I couldn't have picked a better place to leave our little Prince at.
Always been every time the Girls 3 Dachsies and a Baby Lab now have been Very well taken care of!!! Web Cams are wonderful!! We called and was concerned about Sadie Mae 1 year old Dachsie looked sad since it was her first time!! We logged in next time and she was playing and looked so happy!! Would highly recommend!!!
Sent Edith here for a few days and she really enjoyed it! I also really appreciated that every time I called someone was there to answer any questions or concerns as well as adding play times. Would recommend to anyone!!
Paradise is located in "Madison" AL, right next to the Huntsville Airport off 565. This would have been an EXTREMELY convenient place for us to take our dog during the day to have him socialized with other dogs and people. Paradise was highly recommended to us by MANY people, and we were looking forward to enrolling our new adopted puppy for socialization. We explained to Ms. Clark our daycare policies which she did not agree with. We are sorry our daycare policies do not allow for us to enroll her dog. Ferris absolutely loves the people at Paradise Pet Resort. He gets so excited he practically drags me to the door! He has been going since he was a puppy and I know that I can rest easy if I have to stay late at work.
Missie looks foward to daycare every week. She is so excited to play with all of her friends and loves all the attention she gets from the staff. I wouldn't take her any where else. ☺
