Please do not leave your fur babies here! I am unsure as to how they have received any positive feedback. I left my two fur babies here for the first time on 8/29/19 — 9/1/19. I paid for the most expensive package ,Villa, with cameras, 3 bathroom /outside in their own “ private yard” a day, 30 minutes of visiting time a day with a staff member & it was the largest suite they offer. I dropped them off at 7:30 a.m. on 8/29/19 they did not get a potty break or go outside until nearly 3:30p.m. that first day. This was only after... read more
