Very understanding people due to being a last minute board. Our dogs are normally afraid to get in the car but they were so excited to get in.
We came to Paradise Pet Resort to find boarding for our dog before a major trip we have to take without him, and the staff here have been so excellent. Ultimately I don't think my dog is a good fit for this kind of boarding experience, but the staff here have spent multiple days working with him and trying to help him settle in and adapt. I appreciate them so so much, as even if he can't stay they've been helping him learn to at least be okay in this kind of environment!
