We've lived here 13 years and love the park. Clean, gated, close to hospitals, restaurants, shopping, etc. Salt water pool, hot tub, pickleball, shuffleboard, many crafts, dances, Saturday breakfast, on-site thrift store, Bingo and more. The vast majority of those who live here love our park and volunteer their time to help keep our maintenance fees one of the most affordable in the valley. Behind the well kept and seemingly “nice “ facade is the reality of living in an enclosed, gated community whose by-laws and Anglo-Saxon “winter tourist” culture are closely intertwined by design. Most of these visitors gather in groups to “meet and greet” …..with their own kind.
