They took our " non refundable" deposit and then after having to chase them down, calling over 24 times with no answer and no return calls, we drove to La Marque to see if they were still in business. Someone was there and when she called, they answered! Then promises made to pour the concrete, then Sam Jeffords told me he was broke when I asked for a refund then told me the deposit was non refundable and to "stand in line" for my money. I would give this company zero stars if I could. Do not do business with Paradise Palapas or Paradise Outdoors. The company changes their name, but they are the palapa company located off of I-45 in La Marque. This is not an honest company and they do not stand by their work. Thomas, with Paradise Palapas donated a $2000 gift card for a silent auction to a PTO at a nearby elementary school. I was the silent auction winner of the gift card.
