A very touristic village but a very nice place! The apartment was almost clean, just a few hair left in the shower... can happen. All other equipment was fine and new. But in the end the details made the whole impression.... Sorry that's a no go for me....no sink in the small kitchen in our apartment...so you have to clean the dishes in the bathroomsink😳 And no mosquito defense at the doors....so you always have to keep them closed. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I arrived much earlier than expected due to a mix-up, but they let me check in early. The front desk was not always staffed which was inconvenient sometimes but staffs there were nice and friendly. The only disappointment during my stay here was that the rough seas prevented me from doing any marine activities. I would like to come back to Palm Cove and this hotel someday again.

The place lives up to its name. We had a very clean, large room with a balcony and a fantastic view of a paradisiacal palm forest, which also provided us with shade. In no time at all you can be in the resort's own pool or directly across the road in the protected area in the ocean. The natural surroundings are breathtaking and the team is on hand to help with any questions, be it about excursions, restaurants or weather forecasts. Had to found a new hotel because the one I booked in Cairns was awful and stumbled into this one in Palm Cove. The highlight of the day was Ros, in reception, who helped us the best way possible and it was the nicest person ever! The hotel itself is really good, offers a excellent infrastructure, pool area and jacuzzi. The noise from the air con engines on the side were not too loud and didn't bother us. Highly recommend (specially because of the brilliant work of Ros).
