Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un grosso problema con l'acqua della piscina dell'hotel: era talmente satura di coloro che ha rovinato i gioielli d'argento che indossavamo, creando una patina nera e lasciando un odore sgradevole sulla pelle e sui costumi. Inoltre l'idromassaggio non è molto pulito, pieno di insetti morti. In ultimo la reception è aperta solo dalle 10am-5pm, e anche in questi orari bisogna chiamare il numero indicato per fare arrivare il personale.
Great location across the road from the beach and bus stop to Cairns. Restaurants just acstroll away. Really comfortable bed, but the room and bathroom especially tired, no fan in the bathroom so very steamy. would have been nice to have table and chairs on the balcony.
Beach front property great for Beach goers. Definitely need your own car for other tourist spots, shopping etc. This place has very limited car parks. The pool is cold, but the spa is warm. VERY poor wifi - no excuse for such bad service today. Studio and 1 bedroom apartments have only a small fridge. Studios have no sink nor cooktop, just a microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower needs mould treatment. The apartments are probably average for the area, definitely NOT 4*.

Arrived early hoping to check in but couldn't. Came back at 2 pm room still not ready waited until 3.30 to access room. We kind of laughed it off. Next day went out came back could not access our room. No keys worked not even the managers key. Another 2 hr wait to access our room. What if we needed medication or something. Spoke to manager who claimed he really understood how felt. Trained words. I doubt they give a damn. Omnipotent attitude. Day 2 awoken by alarms and people with machines at 8 am. Not good enough.
