Location was great, service was good, but room and facilities were well below expectations. Needs a good face lift! Mould in bathroom on roof and around shower. Ill fitted toilet seat. Paint peeling off walls and bathtub. Spa was out of service and pool was partly cordoned off. Barrier tape was an unpleasant outlook directly from our room. We'd come back when renovated!

Just another tired over promoted, sub standard tourist trap. There's an aching feeling of neglect in the upkeep of the rooms evidenced in peeling paint, stained ceilings, ugly bath stains and just general exhaustion. The spa is not working because it is literally falling off its concrete foundations. Not a soft chair to sit on in the room. Drilled holes where previous who knows what were mounted on the wall. The bed is doing its best but unable to stop its sagging decline. Just no

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition. ​Starting from the bathroom: the bathtub was peeling, and the showerhead and toilet paper holder were rusty. Furthermore, no shower gel was provided, so we had to go out and buy our own at a supermarket. ​The bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was broken and sagged on one side. Far from paradise on the beach. So they didn’t read our booking, we needed the extra bed made up and it wasn’t, so had to call them back after they knocked off to bring the sheets etc. Took about an hour. Majorly petty; we have an EV and plugged it in the car park. It was turned off twice by the staff, we turned it back on, before they finally put a padlock on the PowerPoint so it was unusable.
