Far from paradise on the beach. So they didn’t read our booking, we needed the extra bed made up and it wasn’t, so had to call them back after they knocked off to bring the sheets etc. Took about an hour. Majorly petty; we have an EV and plugged it in the car park. It was turned off twice by the staff, we turned it back on, before they finally put a padlock on the PowerPoint so it was unusable. Cet établissement n'est pas professionnel et pas accueillant. La réception doit ouvrir à 8h le matin, je me suis présenté à 8h50 et la porte était fermée à clé et personne n'était présent. Quand j'ai envie réussi à trouver une porte ouverte, on m'a entrainé dans un local à nettoyage et on m'a presque arraché mon sac à main. Bref, on m'a fait miroité un poste de réceptionniste et à mon arriver on a essayer de faire nettoyer les chambres. J'ai perdu une matinée, fait 2h de transport pour absolument rien.
