Dat de douchekop met duct tape aan elkaar geplakt is en dat toen na een 2 dagen geen WiFi er eindelijk WiFi was was deze zeer traag. Het zwembad was onaantrekkelijk en er ging ook niemand in. De jongedame bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Beetje vergane glorie. Dat gezegd hebbende, wel een ruime kamer op een toplocatie! Parkeren op de locatie. En een fantastisch thais restaurant om de hoek.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. It certainly isn’t a “paradise”. I’d recommend you save your money and don’t stay here. - our fridge had been left open, so a huge chunk of ice had formed, which we had to cut off ourselves - peeling bathtub - broken drawers - dirty blankets - dirty floor (our feet were black) - after raising this with a cleaner, she was very helpful and willing to re clean - dirty pool - unmaintained garden/ pool area, broken spa- taped off. Enjoyed our recent 10 day stay. Great location, staff, comfortable beds, very clean. It would not cost a lot to make rooms more inviting by providing some very basic items such as a decent tea towel, salt, pepper, small gladwrap & alfoil, small portion of cooking oil, basic cleaning spray. when travelling, you cannot take these items with you so it creates added expense to have to buy & leave. Also, not a fan of showers over the bath…inviting a mishap especially for older people. Would stay again but a few minor adjustments ... read more

Older hotel that definitely needs a bit of work. There are quite a few broken things and areas that could do with some attention. Our room was clean, though, so at least that was okay. The spa was out of order during our stay, which really sucked. The girl at reception was friendly and asked her boss if we could use the spa at their other hotel down the road, which would have been a good solution. Location was great, service was good, but room and facilities were well below expectations. Needs a good face lift! Mould in bathroom on roof and around shower. Ill fitted toilet seat. Paint peeling off walls and bathtub. Spa was out of service and pool was partly cordoned off. Barrier tape was an unpleasant outlook directly from our room. We'd come back when renovated!
