Absolutely amazing!! Everyone is so sweet and kind. The shop is so clean and inviting. I started going to the shop around 5 years ago and just started getting my nails done again and ruby remembered me and picked up the conversation like I never stopped going. Customer service and skills are immaculate. 12/10. Ruby is amazing at nail designs. A true artist.
Nail tech acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. When I expressed concern she immediately called the owner over and the spoke in their language. My concerns were not addressed nor taking into consideration. But they hurried and collected the money for a pedicure that wasnt done correctly. Not happy and won’t be back. When I didn’t see any other customers in the shop I should have been cautious then.
This was my 2nd time coming to them they did my nails and sent me on my way luckily it was a free fix but this was sloppy work I offered money in the beginning thankfully I didn’t spend anything
