Kinda disappointed today in the customer service. I look forward to getting my nails done here everytime I visit my family & my mom goes all the time, it’s always been a great experience. However, today was so disappointing. The lady who apparently is newer had a nasty attitude the entire time, I said no gel & she literally smacked her teeth at me & looked annoyed the entire rest of service. Paradise Nail Spa is the BEST nail salon in Enterprise. I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The service is always great, and they are super accommodating for special designs/requests.
My mom and I have been coming to Paradise Nails for years, and we always leave incredibly happy! The service is top-notch, everyone is so warm, welcoming, and professional. Last visit ever. This nail salon has gone downhill in the last few years. They overbook appointments and have you sit and wait because they don’t have enough nail techs. The staff talks about their clients and you feel rushed. It’s not a relaxing experience to come here at all. Sitting at a pedicure station for close to an hour with no water put in the foot basin is unacceptable. If you can’t take clients, be honest and up front.
