Drove an hour and a half today just to get my nails done & per the usual my tech slayed the design I asked for ! This place is hands down best !! Def wish there was more salons that took pride in their work and actually provide customers with the service they deserve & the work requested ! Would def recommend too anyone looking for a new shop ! Shay and Ms Kim did my mani/pedi and it was such an amazing experience. Professional, clean, a job super well done. I felt welcome and pampered. Tons of variety for nail color. I just loved it. My new spot.
Kinda disappointed today in the customer service. I look forward to getting my nails done here everytime I visit my family & my mom goes all the time, it’s always been a great experience. However, today was so disappointing. The lady who apparently is newer had a nasty attitude the entire time, I said no gel & she literally smacked her teeth at me & looked annoyed the entire rest of service. Paradise Nail Spa is the BEST nail salon in Enterprise. I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The service is always great, and they are super accommodating for special designs/requests.
