Small, nice and quiet, clean, a few activities and a brand-new swimming pool... On Lake Clay... with a large deck to socialize and some boat docks for the residents...
Paradise Village is one of the most beautiful senior communities in Florida, serene, gentle rolling hills ( hard to find in Fla) and beautiful Lake Clay. Actually there are 6 fishing lakes near by. You are right in the small city of Lake Placid, close to shopping and doctors, but it feels like you are in a secluded area. We have owned two units in the park and we are planning on moving down from Ohio....every year we extend our stay...lol With the new pavilion there are so many activities for seniors we hardly leave the park... read more
