There is mold in every trailer they paint over. I've been severely sick from the mold. The landlord coerced me into not having code enforcement come the first time to inspect. But wanted me to pay to have it repaired. Also wanted to send me people from the park to do the repairs that were not mold removal certified. He also allowed people to rob me of everything i owned . Big thanks Nathan Edmonds you're really doing a great job!!
