Since this popped up and Google asked how it was, I will review even tho I finally gave up trying to apply here. No place had a manager sign but a resident that seemed drunk or something but friendly was kind enough to tell me where to ask about renting. The sign on the door had limited hours posted but I guess understandable. Finally the third time I returned a woman opened the door but I couldn't understand what she was saying and she seemed irritated and it made me uncomfortable. Been living here for 6 years now it's nice and quiet lots of dirt trails to walk your dogs around and reasonable monthly rent
It's not a campground. It's a monthly rate place to live. It's a small trailer park quite and cozy with a pool and rec room
The most peaceful place I have lived in 50 years with Gorgeous views!!
