This surgery used to be amazing really helpful. Its a shame it's getting so much criticism but I understand why. If there was an option to give zero stars I wouldn't hesitate to do it. No people skills from some receptionists and a unhelpful attitude. The manager comes across as he cares but reality he doesn't, said his time was limited. General can't do attitude from all. I am always helped in a professional way and responded to quickly when I need an appointment. The consultations I find are adequate and have been really helpful. Recently I suffered a very bad migraine, out of the ordinary, and swiftly had a telephone consultation and received the medication I needed. I was so grateful. Thank you Dr Ramezani and the team.

Well you only need to look at the number 1 star reviews this practice has received. This practice has a number of serious failings and should be audited. From the lack of respect to its patients to treating them as if they have no intelligence, and as a result this is an extremely poor primary care centre. I have had enough of this aweful practice. 1.
