Inappropriate massage from a male masseur. Massaged my buttock prolonged without my verbal consent. I had to asked him to massage my neck and shoulders instead. Used too much oil. One male and one female Chinese therapists did not know how to massage my sister and I properly. Massaged my face with her oily hands and messed up all of my make up. Did not receive any water after the massage . 60mins for $90 per person was not worth it. Extremely disappointed, would not go there ever again.
I have had several massage sessions. James and Taka are very skilful and attentive. Ben is very friendly too on the reception desk. I have never been disappointed.

I purchased a 55 min deep tissue massage. I like more pressure to address the tension in my shoulders and a headache. I like dry massage however was not asked and the masseur (old lady) used a lot of oil and a very little pressure (although when she asked me I said I like more pressure). She went to answer the phone twice and was talking to the other person in the office during my massage.
