Since purchasing our tritoon Travis has made us appreciate our purchase at Paradise marine more then anything. He goes above and beyond, taking time to return a call and walk me through an issue. Always punctual and I never feel like I’m overcharged. Just can’t say enough.
I am extremely happy with my purchase of a new Sea Pro 248 from Paradise Marine. Joe Fox was my salesman and he was honest and well educated on all of the lines that Paradise carries. Ultimately we decided on the Sea Pro 248 and it has been great for my family! THANK YOU Paradise Marine, and THANK YOU Joe Fox!! UPDATE!!! Had to have some service done a while back and Utah took the task that was giving everyone fits at the electronics shop and fixed it in about 10 minutes flat! Utah is the man!!!!
My friends boat had a failure of his shifting cable upon launching last week. We got the boat back onto the trailer, and off to Paradise Marine we went. Staff was very helpful and got right to work on replacing the cables. We were back launching the boat in under 3 hours and were able to salvage some fishing time. I am very happy with the staffs rapid attention to our situation.
I had broken my reverse cable on my outboard and brought it into you guys. Travis and Alea put everything aside and got it fixed and us out the door within 2 hours. I can't say enough about the great service I continuously receive. 5 stars all around. Thank you so much!
I had a small problem with my Dolly/Trailer. I walked in and explained my problem to Travis Myers, Service Manager at the Gulf Shores location. He listened carefully and fixed my issue right away without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend them for any of your service needs. You will not be disappointed.
