We bought our boat brand new in 2022. It ran well And did awesome for four years. The boat ended up having a manufacturer defect. Paradise stepped in and evaluated the situation and got our Rig picked up and sent back to the manufacturer. We ended up getting a new boat out of the deal. And we were taking care of the entire time. Top notch service from purchase all the way through to having a new boat Built. Paradise is the best. Seapro sticks behind their warranty is 100%. Thanks again for getting us taken care of
The sales team is great but Heather and the rest of folks in the service and parts departments are hands down the best and nicest people ever. They go above and beyond!! They are fantastic to do business with! 10/10 would recommend.
Me and my wife picked up our boat from this dealer on 06/06/2026. When we took it out to do a test ride the starting battery was dead. Not a problem. We got to take the boat home and noticed the trolling motor the dealer installed was rubbing the rub rail on our boat. It made a loud rubbing noise. Mike Meyers and Darren Orr were fabulous! They were able to get a part for our ATV and get it shipped right out to us as we were traveling. Nobody had the part even though we spoke with at least 10 different companies and even tried CF Moto dirrct- nobody could help until Paradise Marine parts team. Forever grateful to these guys - truly old school customer service!
