We absolutely love our hot tub! ❤️ It’s been such a great purchase and we’ve enjoyed it so much. The staff at Paradise Leisure are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every time we go in. We really appreciate the great customer service and how well they continue to look after us even after the purchase. Highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could have given this business zero starts I would have. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the start of trying to order an above ground pool to the installation of the pool, the employees of this company have been terrible to deal with. Not returning messages, poor communication, poor installation and no post installation customer service. I would never recommend this pool company to anyone I know. If possible, look somewhere else for a pool.

Needed parts formy hot tub. Thought it was going to cost me a lot. Talked to Kyle who was supper helpfull. Walked away with the part I needed at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. Great experance. Defanatly my go to place now.
