Originally known as Paradise Pools, we quickly expanded into pool renovations and product supply with our store and offices located in Regina at 1221 Osler Street. Had a front panel from my Bullfrog spa that was damaged.. found out a new one was close to $1000. I figured I'll find some other way to fix it. Krista from service found me a solution and went over and above to make me happy. The team at Paradise is incredible 5☆

I am like a lot of people who would prefer to support local businesses. This week I am opening my pool. I decided to re-plumb and do some maintenance work. I called your Regina store late last week to ask about 1.5" solid pipe. I was quoted three times the price that is available from other sources. Today I called about a replacement o-ring for my filter. I was quoted $110 plus tax. The same oem part is available from other sources for $29.95. We have been pool and hot tub customers for many years and this bouquet is for Cheryl and Krista. Cheryl has been a wealth of knowledge in every sector of the store from water analysis to equipment troubleshooting and if she doesn’t have an answer for you she’ll find one. Krista has been extremely helpful and understanding with some significant issues we have encountered as well. Customer service and satisfaction is a priority for both of these ladies!
