MOLD EVERYWHERE!! Do not move here unless you plan on wearing an oxygen mask 24/7. There is mold in every single unit. Aside from that, the grounds are disgusting. Very poorly maintained, bugs, especially cockroaches, all over the place. The community is very torn apart. People don’t get along, so much drama, etc. The management team is extremely rude. The more work they have to do the more upset they are. (Besides Richard) It’s unprofessional and lazy.
FULL of ROACHES!! Every time you walk through the lobby you will see a COCKROACH!!! It’s actually disgusting. The staff that works there is extremely unprofessional, lazy, and simply doesn’t not care or do their job. Besides Richard, he’s great.
This Condo has 149 units and has done a great job coming back from hurricanes Helene & Milton. The management team is working hard to make it one if the best in Treasure Island.
Worst for man in 2036 was push my friends pushing that had keys and fobs.. Today
