PI is a wonderful 55+ community that I am so glad to have found. I was in a corporate owned park before moving here. It is so nice to find people that don’t want corporate corruption and ignorance. PI is a great place to live and stay and enjoy!
Paradise island is a great park to live in. Wonderful neighbors, lots of activities and volunteers that work hard at keeping our park a great place to live.
I have owned and lived in Paradise Island since 2021 and love it here. We enjoy a wide range of activities that are provided by our Social Committee. We have a lot of awesome volunteers that help and a great HOA BOD and Co-op BOD that work hard for all residents. A great place to live in Pinellas County. Diamond in a haystack!
Great community with great people. We do alot of Roof and exterior cleaning for clients that live in here. Everyone is friendly.
