We as home sellers had our apartment staged,everyone who came in to the apartment were astonishing how everything looked with the staging .Our neighbours said they would take note of what they have seen and take ideas home for there homes.
I was happy with the appearance of the staging, spacious and free flowing. However I was alarmed that your documentation suggests that as part of the staging new holes or screws could be inserted into the walls to hang art pieces, and there would be no recourse for the filling of those hanging areas made by you/your workers. Fortunately you didn't follow that practice in our apartment.
Kylie from Paradise Interiors was recommended to us from a reliable source and they weren't wrong ! Pricing was comparable to alternatives but what really made a difference was the quality of the furniture and the match of the styling to our home. We had professional photos taken a few years earlier with our own furniture (which looked pretty good) and when Kylie suggested that I get new ones I queried whether it was worth it.
