We as home sellers had our apartment staged,everyone who came in to the apartment were astonishing how everything looked with the staging .Our neighbours said they would take note of what they have seen and take ideas home for there homes.
I was happy with the appearance of the staging, spacious and free flowing. However I was alarmed that your documentation suggests that as part of the staging new holes or screws could be inserted into the walls to hang art pieces, and there would be no recourse for the filling of those hanging areas made by you/your workers. Fortunately you didn't follow that practice in our apartment.
Kylie from Paradise Interiors was recommended to us from a reliable source and they weren't wrong ! Pricing was comparable to alternatives but what really made a difference was the quality of the furniture and the match of the styling to our home. We had professional photos taken a few years earlier with our own furniture (which looked pretty good) and when Kylie suggested that I get new ones I queried whether it was worth it. Kylie’s incredible eye for detail and design transformed our apartment into a beautifully styled, elegant home that highlighted every feature and played a key role in achieving a quick sale. After using this company twice, I am so disappointed to have to write this review. After the staging of our property was done, I met our agent there to drop off keys and allow access to a buyer. The home was left so dirty with hundreds of beads spilled in the garage, toilet seats left up after staff had used the freshly cleaned bathrooms, dirt all over the floor, etc. Their truck had also hit a pole in our complex so hard it was knocked out of the concrete and this had to be reported to the onsite manager with their details ... read more
