Definitely more than five stars! Rachel was so knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly what to do and helped us non-computer people walk through the process. She always kept us ahead of what the next step would be and she never tired of answering our questions. We appreciated her honesty and professionalism. Rachel had unfailingly good spirits from beginning to end.
