I have a new home and called in to have them come look at my plumbing because I had a drainage issue and knew this was not covered in my home warranty. The plumber showed up and was here for 5 minutes and charged me the emergency fee of $150 for it being the weekend. He recommended I contact my warranty people but didn't even bother to open the drains on the outside of the house and inspect the problem.
