I feel fortunate to have found Paradise Home Services for my AC service needs. Ian, Jake, & Jason are some of the best techs that I've worked with. I've had a few emergencies with my AC unit and they gave me a response time of 24 hours, once, they showed up within a few hours. I've worked with a number of AC companies, and I can confidently say that Paradise has been the best for me. I have a new home and called in to have them come look at my plumbing because I had a drainage issue and knew this was not covered in my home warranty. The plumber showed up and was here for 5 minutes and charged me the emergency fee of $150 for it being the weekend. He recommended I contact my warranty people but didn't even bother to open the drains on the outside of the house and inspect the problem. I understand being charged for it being the weekend, but it is robbery to charge someone without even looking into the prob... read more
