Our AC was still running, but we noticed it was on continuously without getting down to the temperature we set the thermostat at. After contacting David, he quickly figured out a time to stop by our house that worked with our availability (in the evening after getting home from work) to figure out the problem. It turned out we had a refrigerant leak. He could’ve just told us we needed a whole new HVAC system and charged us 11-12k, but he also gave us a couple lower cost options. We had such a great experience with David! Our air conditioner went out on a hot weekend, and he came by on a Sunday night after hours to help us out. He was honest, didn’t overestimate the job, and did a very thorough cleaning and repair. Thanks to him, our AC was back up and running by the next day. Professional, reliable, and trustworthy—highly recommended!

Hottest weekend of the year so of course my A/C went down. Called Paradise late in the afternoon on Saturday and they came by an hour later. Assessed the situation, identified the problem, and then fixed the problem very quickly. Bam, the cold air is blowing again! Very reasonable rates. Recommend these guys for sure.
