I went with my wife for her appointment: incredibly helpful, informative, courteous, and competent session. Tanya offered instruction on the hearing aids that we had no idea about for the entire first year of having the hearing aids. Highly recommended!
Tanya is wonderful! So professional and friendly.
I meet with Tanya had a hearing test she was great. My problem after I talked with insurance they said I was approved. I have called Tanya 2 3 times a day over a period of a week she has yet o return my calls. I've left message after message no return call. I'm not happy I guess once they sell you something there are done
I bought my phonax hearing aids from Tonya maybe 2 or 3 years ago and I'm still so happy with them. My hearing is very bad but it's comforting having Tonya I can always count on to assist with anything I need regarding my hearing aids. I work in the public service sector so it is necessary to hear and I feel so confident in doing so. Tonya is my hero, Thank you Paradise Hearing. Highly Recommended!
