I had no problems with Paradise Hearing. Enjoyed working with Tanya. I was not happy with my insurance company's deal with them. I had very few choices afforded me.
I love this place and these people. They are professional and considerate, and honest and they don't push you to buy a hearing aid. I never felt pressured for anything and really, they went above and beyond to meet my needs. I highly recommend Paradise Hearing. You can't go wrong with this company.

I was seen to check on my hearing after having issues at work and at home. After confirming my hearing loss, the technician simply told me to “listen better” and “stop ignoring people”. She was rude and treated me like a child. I’d give zero stars if I could.
