Rude and nasty
There is a young girl who works in this store mostly on weekends. She must be from West Africa. She has the best customer care service skills, is very helpful, and has knowledge about the products. I like to visit the store on weekends just so that I can meet her and converse with her about what I need. She is beautiful, humble, and patient with customers.
Horrible customer service, I asked for prices of things and seemed to just have attitude. Prices are so high …Just order online it’s so much h cheaper than this…

Being that this is the only hair store in town there selection is slim picking. They really only have large for most things. Also every thing that i ask for, the associate didn't understand what i was saying i had to repeat myself three time.
