Dear Paradise Grills Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and delivery experience. While the showroom was impressive and the salesperson was pleasant, the subsequent service has been unacceptable. We purchased an 8-foot built-in grill featuring a refrigerator, trash bin, $900 sink upgrade, and LED lighting. Our issues began with the delivery.
