I had an excellent experience with Julie at Paradise Grills! She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Julie was knowledgeable about the products, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
The island part of this kitchen is very cheap. The grill itself that we picked out is nice though. The customer service was good. I wouldn’t recommend spending the kind of money they’re asking for the island. The sink is rusting, the doors are very flimsy on the island. It’s just not a high-quality product. FYI, rust is not covered, but there are reviews showing that other customers have complained that the product has rust issues.
Julie at Paradise Grills was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help us design the perfect outdoor kitchen without ever making us feel pressured. She answered every question, kept us informed throughout the process, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and it really shows. If you’re thinking about upgrading your outdoor space, ask for Julie. You won’t be disappointed!
What a fun place! Walked in thinking they were a restaurant. Bianca and Julie educated me and now my husband and I are designing an outdoor kitchen with their help! Highly recommend
