After purchasing an island and grill combo that retailed for over $20,000. I upgraded the second refrigerator to an ice maker. During the sales process, the lifetime warranty and quality of the products is communicated multiple times. The ice maker makes blocks of ice that will not break up into cubes. We have tried all the settings before initiating a service call. The technicians came to the house and confirmed that the machine was not operating as it was intended to and needed replaced. As they warned me, I had to follow ... read more

Let me start by saying—I love my grill. It’s well-made and performs exceptionally. However, my frustration lies with Paradise Grills' company policies and poor customer service, which fail to support customers after the purchase.  Main Concerns: Unclear Stock Availability & Cancellation Policy When ordering from paradisegrillsdirect.com, there is no way to know whether an item is in stock. If it’s out of stock, Paradise Grills refuses to cancel the order, forcing you to wait 6-8 weeks for it to arrive. Most reputable compa... read more

This is the worst customer service company that I’ve ever had to deal with. They use inferior stainless steel products that rust out within six months and then they say they can’t help you terrible company no warranty they want to charge for a service call because the LED lights aren’t working. What a joke of a company.

I purchased a $14,000 BBQ with a Bar. After one month, the foot rail started rusting. I called customer service, and they told me they could send me a list of names of rust removers—inferior quality and service. Do not believe their warranty claims they are just deceitful sales tactics. Buyer beware!

I bought a tiki at shoe, got the demo model, sakes guy was great, but the rest has been downhill, was supposed to recieve everything shown on the demo and did not,was supposed to have install before Thanksgiving and it never happened, me and 3 friends had to end up assembling it,missing cords and parts, called a few times one manager she was very rude with me, and I was supposed to get a call back, for the money I spent you would think I could get a complete setup. Not to mention parts that work and are not damaged.Still waiting fo... read more

Worst customer service experience in my life, all they care about is the sale. After they get your money. Getting anyone to respond under 2 weeks is a Miracle! Since delivery in June 2022. I've had 4 issues and only 2 have been resolved. For 20,000 dollars, I could have hired a professional chef for this. The counter tops are not all they say they are! We were so excited for this after remodeling our patio with there grill in the designs. And the Executive team just does not care after the sale.

Horrible experience from day one. My setup is 3-4 years old. Grill is horrible after the first year. Rusts badly and they don’t honor their “lifetime warranty claim”. They charge for service tech visits. The plaster falls apart after a couple years and they will send a plaster repair kit but don’t honor “lifetime warranty claim”. Anything that rusts is wear and tear. The top brace that holds my tiki top on is considered wear and tear. They made a reference to driving a car and replace tires. I don’t drive a top of a tiki... read more
