I stopped by to the location I Doral and I was amazed the display is beautiful and the product is top notch . Very friendly employees, I can't Wait to finish my patio with these beautiful kitchens .

When my wife and I went to Paradise Grills, we already had an idea of what we were looking for. We had our exact measurements and color scheme of the outdoor kitchen we wanted. The salesmen, George ****** was very responsive and respectful to our requests. He showed us several options and researched his inventory within the company’s database and located exactly what we wanted.
The showroom was fantastic and the salesperson Rob showed me some fantastic options.
My sales rep Jon was wonderful and he explained everything about the units. We purchased the Maui10 and GX10 combo and was delivered 5/24/23. The faucet on the sink was missing and the delivery reps had me speak with a manager before they left. They stated they will make sure I receive the faucet/sink combo. I didn’t hear back from anyone and I had to follow up with customer service. The CS rep gave me a delivery option via fedex. I visited the Pinecrest store. High quality products! Delivery in 5 days!! Ask for Paula, very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the perfect set for my house! Highly recommended!
I went to the Buford location this weekend. They had a very nice showroom and a great knowledgeable staff. I am going to share this place with my neighbors who could benefit from their kitchens. Very nice!
