I had spoke with Becky the manager of the park she stated that we could do a Rent To own process I agreed and she told me I had to give her $300 of the deposit upfront therefore I did we had no contract because she took almost a week to get it ready so I found a home in that period,Because she took so long so I asked for my deposit back and she informed me that it was nonrefundable with the receipt that she had given me she had not given me a receipt therefore I did not know it was nonrefundable and I am entitled to my money... read more
It's not the best place I've ever lived and certainly not the worst. Manager is very nice.
