Great service, came to our town on short notice to do our repairs.
A few years ago we had Gerry and his son replace a lot of indoor pipes n fittings on a geothermal system. They do very good work.
TERRIBLE customer service. The first time I called a woman answered, didn't say the company name or anything. To make sure I called the right business I asked who it was & I was hung up on. Called back, and got major attitude about the technician being out on a job. I had to ask if I could leave a message for him which I did.
