I know the owner/head director and some of their loved ones personally through my late father.They were absolutely excellent with my late father and I would highly recommend their services!! Professional, thorough, comforting, and accommodating❤️👌🏾
Called with a general question about the procedure for delivering a decedent's cremains to their family. The person I spoke with told me that I had to contact the funeral home that handled the cremation. I asked for further information and the person simply repeated themselves and hung up on me. This level of rudeness astounded me from an agency that professionally handles grief management in the form of funeral service. Zero stars.
