I was over charged by $230 - I asked for an extended 12 hrs, which was $170, for $20 more I could have had the cart for additional 24 hours. We left and it wasn’t till later when I saw my card was charged $427.76 for the extended 12 hours. Went back to the location to get a refund and ask what options were available for the overcharge.. they gave the refund (which isn’t credited for another 5-7 business days) but apparently couldn’t offer any extensions for the inconvenience. Had a bad experience with this place and the golf cart rentals. Rented a golf cart on Tuesday and was going to keep it until Saturday. I was not aware you could not drive on the beach at South Padre with the golf carts. I went back to the place on Wednesday and asked the staff if I could turn the golf cart in and get a refund back and just pay for 1 day. The staff told me that would be no problem and that they don't charge my card until we turn in the cart anyway so they would just charge me for 1 day use. I checked my CC st... read more
