I have been several times and it was wonderful so I asked my son for a gift certificate. I was greated by a rude mean man that refused me service saying my gift card was no good. That was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Been going to this place for four years and normally they’re wonderful. I told the man at the Counter he did not care . Very disappointing
