This is the best customer service, I have ever had. Friendly, caring, reasonably priced. Next day delivery. Was sending a plant to my sister and brother in law in memory of his Gather’s passing. Florist suggested a ceramic piece to add to the garden plants and even sent me a picture. The recipients loved it and my siblings and I are very satisfied. Thank you
I have been a customer of Silk Paradise Florist for about 2 years now. My father recommended me the store, since he has been getting flowers for my Mom for years from them. I ONLY GO TO Silk PARADISE FLORIST FOR FLOWERS NOW, THEY ARE THE BEST. Every time I order flowers be it on a last minute need or planned in advance, I am treated like Family by to two amazing owners. I have been going to Patty for years, since she opened, for my fresh flowers (prom especially, with 3 kids!). She is so personable and is able to send flowers to anyone, the day after I order them. I have never been really interested in silk flowers, since I had so many real plants in my home. Someone gave me a basket of flowers, and for some reason, they died (I have skylights and windows all over my home, go figure!) I replaced the flowers with some herbs, and they died!
