Alex is an exceptional trainer. He creates workouts for all levels that are challenging and fun. The hour goes by quickly and I’m already seeing improvements in definition and stamina. Anyone looking for a clean gym with all new equipment, small highly personalized workout sessions in an upbeat motivating community will not be disappointed.
Who knew that fitness training could make you feel young again? At 68 soon to turn 69.. I feel empowered , capable & energized! I have only been back to Paradise Fit for a week after a long hiatus, and I have not felt this good in a long time! Alex is a first class trainer! He has immediately made training a fun challenge and he is always mindful of a few limitations I have and he still provides a GREAT workout!

Before going to Paradise fit club, I thought I was in pretty good shape. After my very first workout I realized I had a long way to go! After only a few weeks I was feeling great and in much better shape. Alex works very hard to help you push yourself and make workout that work for your body. The club is very bright, open and clean. I look forward to my morning workouts and feel so good the rest of the day. Dont forget to end with a smoothie! They're so good!
I was regularly going to paradise fit club pre-covid and was in the best shape I had been in, in a very long time during my time working out here. I wanted to lose weight and tone up after having had a baby. Most workouts I was doing on my own in the gym were causing bad back pain. Alex modified moves to specifically address my stomach muscles and other areas of concern after having a baby.
