De. Hardy and his staff are good people. I've been a patient for 15 years and his staff is polite, informed and sympathetic. Dr. Hardy is an expert in his field and honest. I've never had an unexpected cost, issue with any treatment or incompatibility. The practice is judgement free. I wish the hours were better for working people, but honestly, Imeven moving across town, and trying a new, nearer practice, I am back at Paradise dental the service is simply unmatched elsewhere.

Terrible front desk customer service with no compassion. I brought in a new insurance card to my appointment, to which I was informed that they didn’t accept it. They told me I could pay out of pocket for the appointment or cancel. I explained that I would find a new dentist that accepts my new insurance and to cancel my appointment. She then continued to press for me to pay a cancellation fee for today’s appointment. Zero sensitivity to the situation. She just wanted to be paid.
