Great Company ! Great Service ! – Best service that I have ever experienced. A perfect mixture of professionalism and great efficiency. There is not another company I would recommend more and delays or missteps is not due to this Paradise.
Exceptional Service – Having closed many real estate transactions in my life, Paradise is one of the better companies I have used. They were quick, took the time to explain charges on the estimated cost sheet, and were very friendly in the process, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Total Rip-Off – They delayed the closing on my house by over a month due to their incpompentace. They never mailed me the escrow package in the 2 months I had to deal with them. Then 1 day prior to closing the demand fees in excess of 3 times of what other escrows would charge on a comparable property about 2% of the home value. They called me once in two months and were extremly rude demanding me to give them answers to questions that they would not explain the terms of.
