First of all, I know 3 people who all used Paradise and were very happy. So that gave us a lot of confidence in them. Our experience was great too. Clear, prompt communication. The office person, sales guys, PM, and installers were all friendly and professional. I was especially impressed with how hard they worked to squeeze me in before the solar tax credit expired. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
My experience with Paradise Energy was first rate from start to finish. They presented information in a fashion that was easy to understand and provided written information for reference. Communication was excellent and friendly- including weekly progress reports in the lead up to installation. The system is working great. PES promised a “soup to nuts” experience and that is what they delivered. Highly recommend.
