I want to leave a very positive response to the customer service I received recently. We had an electrical incident last week where we lost power to half our house. As its a residence we recently purchased had renovations done on we did the routine checks for the breakers, etc. I called this company and spoke with Dave. He was very helpful and upfront about costs for him to come assist. But he first walked me through several steps to try to assess the problem before he ever scheduled me. Best service ever. There aren't enough stars. We had lost power to part of our house including the furnace and it was below freezing. I left a message on a Sunday and within a few minutes received a call and was able to get the problem resolved. We are so grateful for the kindness that was shown.
Installed nicely
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I called at 8 a.m. and they were on-site by 9:30 a.m. Checked it out in just a few minutes and had me a quote. I haven't had a lot of electric work done in the past but the price seemed reasonable for the work that needed done. The electrician was professional, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to explain things to me. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much!
Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. I had to leave two messages to get a return phone call. The guy that I talked to was less than enthusiastic about doing a small residential job but said he was going to call back in a couple days. I never heard back from anyone so I called again and left a message again. I have yet to hear back from anyone there.
