I would not recommend purchasing a home from them. They can be nominated for the worst builder

If I could give a half star, I would. Very poor quality for the price of the home. So many issues from day one; water lines being crossed, sinking floor boards, cantina door blocked by gas line to mention a few. As soon as you walk in the front door, you can tell the majority of the work was rushed to completion... very sloppy. First time Paradise Home owner and it will be the last time. I would not recommend this builder to anyone unfortunately.

very bad quality of electrical lights fixtures, Hood fan, stove plug, Dryer plug as well, Door bell, thermostat, Panel not good installed in the basment. I heard the Platinum Electrical contractors, who did the electrical installation, this Company very bad company. we have a warrenty but They don't answer to the phone I will not recommand this builder

Poor builder. Doesn’t take responsibility for their mistake. Only concern is rushing our houses They did a terrible job installing our grass. They didn’t give us any notice installed it when we were out of town and when we asked them to replace it as it’s their responsibility to notify us in advance the exact words of their site supervisor was “I don’t feel like it”
