The premium price of my home does not match the build quality, which is subpar at best. Just a terrible experience, period. Approaching year 4 and still dealing with deficiencies and drafts inside of my home that they have not yet fixed. A nearly $1 million dollar home built as if they were only selling it for $250k. The amount of cut corners and lack of accountability are enough never to purchase a home, resale or anything affiliated with this poor excuse of a builder ever again.
