I like my home, but there are issues with the community as a whole that Shugart Homes is either not addressing, or only making a half-hearted attempt at addressing. Shugart Homes representatives express concern at the cost of correcting these issues. If more attention was paid to the work as it was being done, so that it was done correctly the first time, they wouldn't have nearly as many complaints and the expense of corrections would be minimal. I like my home but this guy didn't care about the value of our home. I was hoping that he would be done with our neighborhood so that our home value would stabilize. He keeps stripping out the homes and lowering the price point which drags our home value down. I find out that he found some more building lots in our area that will drag our value down even longer. So sorry we bought Shugart!
This is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming neighborhood. We are very happy here.
