If there are any negative stars I would give this place that , absolutely horrible. Pathetic management (Traci Jackson who is the property manager) is very rude ,unprofessional and has a very negative demeanor. I absolutely did not get a good customer service experience absolutely zero stars and completely unhelpful. Zero stars I repeat that! Update: hilarious that they responded to this review but never once responded to any of my numerous emails. The only version of "communication" they send are blast emails - they will not answer your calls or emails and if you talk to them in person (if you're lucky enough to catch them in the office), they are rude with a "it's my way or the highway" attitude. My sister Nadine and I really have been enjoying the the overall improvements not only to the actual apartments, we enjoy the pool refresh, our golf course view, the safety and peace of the community overall, and taking walks throughout the community. We look forward to using the pickle ball court soon. The overall communication from the front office has improved as well specifically ensuring we receive timely and consistent information regarding any updates are greatly appreciated!
Por favor necesito que revisen los archivos y me saquen de la colección que me enviaron por su mal trabajo, yo avisé dos meses antes como decía el contrato adjunto e mail la fecha de envío fue 26 de noviembre y mi contrato vencía 27 de enero, sin embargo se quedaron con mi dinero del depósito y me enviaron a colección, nunca se muden a este sitio son negligentes.
