I stopped by a few weeks ago to inquire about the property, and I was impressed right away. The community is beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the level of professionalism I received. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
Think twice before moving here let this be your last option. Maintenance is extremely unreliable. My dishwasher has been broken since November 5th. I placed multiple service requests, they came to look at it, closed the order, and never fixed anything. Management told me to submit another request, and I did no one came. The new management only seems to care about attracting future residents, not about current residents. They told us, via email, on October 16th that the gym would be closed until Novembe 15th for renovations. We received no advanced notice. Today it is December 2nd and it's still closed. We emailed to ask when it would be reopened and wasn't given a specific date. In addition, they removed the pool chairs a couple weeks ago without warming.
