Called to book accommodation for Sunday and Monday night for a staff member and were advised the property was not open on Sunday. We tried to explain that we were arranging the booking on behalf of an employee, however the process became unnecessarily difficult and there seemed to be very little willingness to assist with an alternative solution. Called in to book for Sunday and Monday night and receptionist said we are not open Sunday. We said we were booking for a staff member and it was just to hard to help us so we said don’t worry if it to hard to get a booking we will find somewhere else.
Our 3 night stay was fantastic, the room was very spacious, clean & had great amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site pool, the owner was very welcoming, extremely friendly & bubbly! We will definitely be back, thank you!
From my experience at paradise court, I had a terrible stay as my room had 3 cockroaches crawling around in my stay. The owner was unfriendly and made my experience uncomfortable as he looked outside his window to stare me down every-time I was on the front footpath. Do not recommend this place if you’re after a peaceful holiday.
Cosy little holiday units that are affordably priced. Great for the wife and I travelling through. The rooms are decently sized. Staff very friendly. There is a coin laundry and dryer + clothes horse for those needing to do laundry. Its a short walk to the shopping centre up the road.
