Wasn't really sure what to expect with pregnancy yoga but Melanie has made a really good class. It's a group class so nice to meet other pregnant people and we are with the same people for the course which is good so we can get to know each other. I've learnt a lot so far and it has helped me feel a bit more prepared for giving birth and how to relax during labour (if possible). I'd highly recommend Melanie as she knows a lot about pregnancy and all the things involved.
This clinic is the best I've been to with the most relaxing experience. The facial reflexology was totally amazing which helped me tremendously Melanie is very friendly highly professional therapist for which I would highly recommend especially for those wanting treatment (s) that you would actually feel you get benefits from and still feel on cloud 9 even hours after. Such a Positive Impact Dr Melanie Jones has! I booked an appointment for a 14 day programme of Ear Reflexology/ Acupuncture in order to Stop Smoking, where other treatments failed....I only needed two days of applying the beads at the pressure points and saw results! With Dr Jones advise and guidance, I managed to finish the program without problems and stay smoke free! Thank you Melanie!
I am so glad I booked my first appointment with Melanie last month. I initially reached out for pregnancy yoga however after she heard I was having issues with swelling in hands and feet, she recommended that we did some reflexology instead. Melanie not only does the treatment but she gives advice on how to do things on your own along with relaxation and pregnancy techniques and general advice. I went to see Melanie for some Korean Hand Acupuncture to help with the side effects of Vestibular Migraine. It has been very successful in helping with the nausea symptoms , I have the discs now to carry on the treatment at home. Looking forward to some facial reflexology soon to help with the symptoms too. I thoroughly recommend Melanie, she really put me at ease.
