Too expensive, misleading – I presented a coupon when I dropped my things off and they took the coupon. I assumed at that point it would be honored. When I picked up my items I was told that the coupon did not apply to my items because they were not dry cleaning -- they were "laundry." The coupon listed the things it didn't apply to and dress shirts were not listed. Nonetheless, I was left with a hefty bill. The customer is not always right – I recently relocated to Denver from New York City and was looking for a stellar dry cleaner. I hoped to find that in Paradise Cleaners on 17th street, but that was not the case. I used the same dry cleaners in New York City for 9 years and NEVER had a single issue. In the 3-4 months of taking my clothes to Paradise, I had 3 issues with them -- one inadequate cleaning to remove a simple stain and two lost shirts.
