We had such a great experience with Paradise Flooring. We worked with Will, who is very patient. He explained our options thoroughly and helped us pick out our floor for the main level ( which we LOVE). The installation team did a fabulous job carrying out our vision. This company is thorough, honest, and made this process easy. Thank you for helping us make our house feel like our home!

The first thing I told the salesman (Will) when I walked in the door was "I don't want my floor to sound hollow". The $5000 floor they put in sounds very hollow. I expressed my feelings when the floor was completed (couldn't walk on it until it was completed), and Will said there was nothing they could do. The owner lives down the street from me, and has never even come by to see the floor. Several people told me not to use them, and I should have listened!
We loved the helpful service! We are also happy with the quality of the product.

We shopped around and found the best prices, best quality products and the best customer service anywhere right here in Lawrence at Paradise!
