Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote,the woman who answered couldn't put whatever she was eating down. So after speaking with her I stop bye to see if they could buff out some minor scratches and after arriving I'm standing in the lobby with other customers for about 15 minutes with employees walking bye,no one at the counter,no one asking if I or others have been helped while a customer in front had been just waiting to pay to for ever so I just left. I.C.E. should pay them a visit.
My favorite place to go for a car wash! Every time my car turns out amazingly clean. Love the service there! This is a perfect gift for a busy mom.
