3 bays were not working. Including the automatic wash station. The bay I chose did not have any soap. I figured that out after I had already dumped my change in the kiosk. There was also a leaking pressure hose. This place lacks maintenance. Never come here.

Been using this car wash for a while since I work in the area. You can tell they are trying to make improvements. Just had an issue with one of the bays one day and rang the doorbell and “the voice” told me to email them the issue lol. They got it taken care of plus some. Thank you again.

I visited West Road Car Wash around 11am today and found it to be a solid spot for a quick clean. The bays were tidy, the brushes were in great shape, and the water pressure was strong—definitely gets the job done. I paid with a credit card and it automatically charged $5, which is about what I usually spend anyway, so no big deal. There was only one other person there, so it wasn’t busy, and I had plenty of space to work. I’ve been to better car washes and worse ones, but this one holds up well overall.
