Worst maintained self service car wash I have used. Most times I have come here I have left disappointed. Almost always something broken each time. This time no presoak or tire cleaner. And the soap setting is suspiciously like dish soap. Took way too long to rinse off the car because the suds kept foaming up. This is the wash closest to my house, but well worth driving the distance to the car wash off Cave Creek and Grovers.
