Clean car, no mess For me this place is convenient and saves me some time in the sun washing the car. The offsetting cost is reasonable and I spend less than $20 to get the car clean and inside done as well. I have heard about one instance an antenna off the car of a friend of mine's was broken going through the wash so I make it a point to unscrew and take mine off before arriving. They have been very fast for me as well. PROS: Fast, good cleaning, thorough CONS: Take off/unscrew your external antenna if you have one
Pathetic Customer Service We have used Paradise for some time now. Our 23 day-old car car was scratched on the hood. When pointed out to a worker, he stated that it could not have happened there. He called the owner, Mike Quirk, who said he would call and discuss this matter with us either that night or the the following day - a Sunday. We never got the call. I called him twice and left messages but he never called me back. I would have written to the BBB but Paradise is not a member of it. Now I know why. Only better busine... read more
